Richard A. Sinapi is the founder of OneStop Advantage, Inc. and its wholly owned affiliated companies. Mr. Sinapi has over 23 years experience in the practice of law, with some concentration in real estate law, titles, conveyancing, and related litigation. He is also extremely knowledgeable with respect to the business and practical aspects of real estate and mortgage brokering and the industries in general. Attorney Gregory Mancini is former legal counsel to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He has over nine (9) years of experience in the practice of law. Mr. Mancini has practiced extensively in real estate law and more recently in special education law. He also teaches real estate license law for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.

Maria Martin has been in the real estate industry for seven years. She specializes in finding homes for first time home buyers, relocation, residential, and commercial properties. Maria has achieved the professional designation of ABR (Accredicated Buyers Representative) and is licensed in the State of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
